Every year, Clinton Township has a Christmas/Santa parade. It goes through University View between 9:00 – 11:30 A.M. This year the parade will be on Saturday, December 14, 2019. Santa rides on a fire truck and also walks around talking to residents. Township vehicles are in the parade. Volunteers are needed to walk around the View and pass out candy. If you want to help, be at the firehouse, Station 62 – 999 Chambers Rd., no later than 8:30 that morning. There will be donuts, coffee, and hot chocolate available.

The candy is free. Volunteers pack the candy on Thursday, December 12, 2019, beginning at 6:00 P.M. It happens at the Township Fire Station at 3820 Cleveland Ave, on the East side. There are 3000 boxes of candy to be filled so we can use all the help we can get. The more people to help, the less time it takes.
