It’s time to decorate for Christmas, 2019. The University View Civic Association (UVCA) has a contest for the best decorations in University View. The judging will be on Saturday, December 21, in the evening. Make sure your decorations are turned on.

There are 3 categories of decorations and cash prizes for the winners.

1st place in each category – $100

2nd place in each category – $50

Honorable mention (2) in each category – $25

Categories;

best daytime decorations (wreaths, bows, no lights, etc.)

best Lights Only decorations (the more, the merrier)

best combination of lights and other decorations (homemade, animated, etc.)

Hopefully we will have many entries this year. I love to drive around and see all of the lights. Winter in Ohio can be dreary and the lights help to cheer things up.
