This is a great time to add some new perennials to your garden! All you need to do is go outside and dig something up that has multiplied and bring it to the shelter house. We go two rounds where we randomly select numbers, and that person chooses what they want, but after that, it’s a free-for-all with whatever is left. So even if you don’t have anything to swap, please come because there are typically many things left over that need to find a home. Most of us would be happy to dig something up for you if you see something that you like, but you have too much. Some past items have been elephant ears, canna lilies, rose of sharon, oregano, day lilies, hosta, sedum and phlox, however you never know what might show up.
We also will be doing a sign up for the Community Garden, so if you’re interested in having a plot, please stop by and sign up.
Saturday, May 6th, 11:30AM at the Playground.
