Last month there was a post about the upcoming Chili Cookoff.  If you missed the recent UVCA meeting, there are more details!  The date, is Thursday October 29th.

Starting at 6:00 PM, University View will have Beggar’s Night (Trick or Treat). We have it the same night as the city of Columbus.  Have your porch light on and ready to greet the kids!  Afterwards, at 8:00 PM, make plans to come to the playground for our Bonfire party!

Regarding the Chili Cookoff, we will have TWO CATEGORIES.  Traditional Chili (Red/tomato based, beans, ground beef) and Non-Traditional (e.g., White Chicken Chili, different meats, etc).  One winner for each category will win $25.00!  All entries will be shared with neighbors after the judging is completed.  If you are entering your chili, please have it at the playground by 7:30 PM for judging.

There will also be hot dogs, hot chocolate, and hot/cold cider served at the concession stand.
